Education Program Objectives 2008 / 2009-2013 / 2014

Water Engineering Bachelor of Education program has the specific purpose of producing graduates who berkompentensi as reflected in Table Structure Competence Course Irrigation Engineering Department, so that the graduates:

1. Have a basic knowledge and skills in the field of science and technology related to the planning, design, implementation, operation and maintenance as well as development activities:

1.1 Planning Infrastructure Water Resources.

  1. Power plant planning, network system planning and building irrigation-drainage of agricultural land rice, upland and tidal rice fields (swamp).
  2. Planning reservoirs for the purpose of power generation, irrigation development, water supply and flood control ,.
  3. Network planning and building drainage systems for urban areas, airfield and golf course.

1.2 Development and Management of Water Resources.

  1. The administration of water resources river area in order to utilize the power of water use (power generation, water supply, irrigation and agriculture, and fisheries) and the control of water damage (floods, urban drainage, soil erosion, debris flow, water quality and control of the coastal areas) ,
  2. Control of environmental impacts and land conservation a Watershed (DAS) in the unity of the River Basin (WS).
  3. Application of Geographic Information System (GIS) to support the evaluation and monitoring of water resource management through SIH3 (Information Systems Hydrology, Hydrometeorology and Hydrogeology).

2 Have the willingness and ability membelajarkan and develop themselves, sensitive and being open to changes while maintaining its identity as a citizen of Indonesia.

Education Program Objectives 2014/2015 to 2017/2018

Water Engineering Bachelor of Education program has the specific purpose of producing graduates who berkompentensi as reflected in Table Structure Competence Department of Water Engineering courses, so that the graduates:

  • Produce graduates who excel, resilient and able to compete at the national, regional and international relating to the planning, design, implementation, operation and maintenance as well as development of water resources, noble character, as well as the fear of God Almighty.
  • To contribute to the development of science and technology in the field of irrigation, community service activities, so that they can play an active role and parisipatif in determining the direction of national policy, especially in the field of irrigation.
  • To produce graduates who have the willingness and ability membelajarkan and develop themselves (life-long learning), sensitive and being open to changes while maintaining identity.
